So basically (sorry if it annoys you), some people are getting muted for calling someone a "retard"; the problem here is that some others are saying that it is not inappropriate nor foul language.
I'm typing this as this affected me, as I called a hacker a retard; and I had no proof because I had to get my recording software ready and it would take a very long time for it to upload.

Sorry if it sounds like an appeal, if it does I do sincerely apologise. But the main question is that is "retard" actually VILE???
